4-H Food & Fun Virtual Cooking ClassClass is for ages: 8 – 12 — If more than one participant is in your household please register each child separately.
Time: Four classes will be offered. Select a first choice time and a second choice time that work best for your child. Once a class fills, the time will be removed. Class will meet weekly for 5 weeks. For class to hold there must be a minimum of 10 participants. Invite friends to participate!
Fee: The cooking class is free! 4-H Teen Teachers will teach youth about nutrition and basic cooking skills through a grant funded by the Wal-Mart Foundation and National 4-H Council.
Location: Your own home via Zoom! Class works best if you can be in the kitchen. We will be making a different recipe each week.
Participation: When your registration is received the you will receive the Zoom log in information and the recipes along with the ingredient lists via email. PLEASE reply to the email so I know you received it! Your child is welcome to watch the demonstration or make the recipe at home along with us! Ingredients are available if needed.
Receive a 4-H Apron: Every student that attends at least 4 of the 5 classes and completes the end of class survey will receive a 4-H apron!
