Story Walk: Port Orchard, Past and Present

Ever wanted to know about Port Orchard’s past, and how its waterfront is changing for the future? Join Kitsap Sun Reporter Josh Farley for a history tour this Saturday.
The waterfront will be abuzz with the sights and sounds of a Chris-Craft Boat festival and farmer’s market as this 2-mile journey descends into the beginnings of Kitsap’s first city and county seat, then connects them with a new waterfront in the making.
The event is free and begins at the Port Orchard Market promptly at 10 a.m.
