PHS on Front Street in Poulsbo is a fun place to visit all year long! Every Saturday, they have a fun kid activity with a new theme each week. The Poulsbo Heritage Museum (main PHS location) and Maritime Museum are right next to each other. The Martinson Cabin is a few blocks away at Nelson Park on the corner of Viking Avenue. PHS “HOME” Painting Workshop
Paint your version of ‘HOME’ whether it be the place you live, a feeling you have, or those you spend time with. Paintings can become part of our museum gallery, which pays tribute to the PHS Heritage Museum in the historic Nilsen-Sonju home on Front Street, built in 1908.All Ages Welcome!

JPHS History Sticker Club

Pick up a Poulsbo Historical Society Museum Passport and join the Poulsbo History Sticker Club. Collect stickers from ALL 4 PHS museum locations; Martinson Cabin, Heritage Museum, Maritime Museum, and the Archive and Research Center. Happy Sami weekend! Come celebrate with us tomorrow on the PHS lawn (between the Maritime and the Heritage Museums- 19020 Front Street)! *If the weather isn’t cooperating, we will have the artifacts inside the Heritage Museum instead of outside. We will have artifacts on display- including a traditional lavvu, as well as activities for kids! We are also expecting a visit from ANNA and ELSA from 12:00-1:00! 💜💜Parents, you don’t want to miss this one..! We highly encourage Frozen costumes if your kiddo(s) want to dress up! While you are here, check out the Sami exhibit inside the Heritage Museum! This event will run 11-2 and is FREE.
